Scott Lukes

Mr. Scott Lukes
President
Mr. Lukes is the owner and founder of Echo Summit Property Management, one of Colorado’s largest and fastest growing property management companies.

In the recent past, Mr. Lukes held executive positions in multiple high-tech companies while living in Silicon Valley and Denver. After investing heavily in residential real estate over the past decade, he decided to invest in creating technologies and systems for managing properties that increased quality and efficiency, while at the same time lessened financial and legal liability. Echo Summit Property Management was the result.

Mr. Lukes is active in Vistage and Junior Achievement.  He also sits on many industry boards, including Xerceo, Your Castle Real Estate, and the Colorado State University industrial Advisory board (College of ECE). He received his BS, summa cum laude, in electrical engineering from Colorado State University.

 

Anthony Girard

Mr. Anthony S. Girard
Chief Operating Officer
As Echo Summit’s Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Girard is responsible for the overall operating performance of Echo Summit as well as directing the development and focus of Echo Summit’s multi-family portfolio.  Mr. Girard brings more than 25 years of real estate experience to the Echo team as both an active multi-family real estate investor, construction company founder, contributing author on property management articles and owner of multiple small businesses.

Prior to joining the Echo Summit team, Mr. Girard owned and managed his own successful property management company in Denver.  In the previous decade, Mr. Girard held various corporate and consulting positions in Marketing, Operations and Human Resources with an emphasis in the telecommunications and real estate sectors.

Mr. Girard holds a Masters in Business Administration from Vanderbilt University’s Owen Graduate School of Management as well as undergraduate degrees in Business Administration and Computer Science.

 

Ellie Reimer

Ms. Ellie Reimer
Director, Operations  

Ms. Reimer brings more than 10 years of experience in the real estate field and 3+ years to Echo Summit as the Director of Operations, where she is responsible for the daily oversight of Front Office operations, as well as all Business Development and Marketing-related activities.  Ms. Reimer ensures that both owners and renters receive a high-quality experience, and that Echo's high volume of phone, email and walk-in traffic are dealt with professionally, and promptly.

Prior to Echo Summit, Ms Reimer was a Loan Officer for eight years, with her last assignment at Equal Housing Opportunity Mortgage responsible for the sales and marketing of loan programs as well as the placement and closing of the loans themselves.

 

Eris Ross

Director, Property Management
Mr. Ross brings 4 years of experience in the real estate field and 2+ years to Echo Summit as the Director of Property Management, where he is responsible for the daily oversight and operations of both the Single Family and Multi Family divisions. Mr. Ross ensures that Echo Summit’s quality, customer service and legal responsibilities are maintained and remain aligned with Echo’s mission of delivering the highest value possible to its owners and residents.

Prior to Echo Summit, Mr. Ross spent 8+ years in the hospitality industry.  Driven to provide the best in customer service, the experience developed Mr. Ross’s approach to true hands-on service and management. 

Mr. Ross attended Johnson & Wales University in Denver, CO and is a veteran of the United States Marine Corps.
   

 

Kimberly E. Helton, ARM

Ms. Kimberly E. Helton, ARM
Corporate Accountant 
Ms. Helton brings over 23 years of Property Management experience to Echo Summit. Ms Helton is responsible for all aspects of the accounting department including rent collection, accounts payable, resident move-out dispositions, owner proceeds payments, reconciliations and the monthly accounting closing process.

Ms. Helton began her career as an on-site manager of a mid size multi-family apartment community in Alabama.   She remained in property management after her move to Colorado in 1996 – where she oversaw a combination of multi and single family properties, home owner associations and assorted conventional, tax credit and subsidy based projects.

Ms. Helton attained her first REALTOR designation in 1991, and has completed advance studies at the Institute of Real Estate Management where she was awarded the Accredited Residential Manager designation.  Ms. Helton has also been awarded “Property Manager Of The Year” three years in a row and has served as an active councilor with the national governing council of the IREM.
