Kyla Rogers
Front Office
Kyla is a member of the front office team, where she uses her extreme organization skills to oversee IT support, statistic reports, various marketing duties and customer service. Kyla’s extensive background in the real estate industry includes property management, title work and mortgage processing. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her son doing outdoor and scouting activities such as hiking, camping and fishing.
Jake Ralston
Property Manager
Jake is a manager in Echo’s multi family division. Prior to that, his background included various positions in the service and mortgage industries. Jake holds a B.A. in History from Augusta State University in Augusta, Georgia. Do not make the mistake of challenging Jake on his knowledge of the Civil War. In his free time he enjoys watching sports, hiking and playing golf.
Charles Olden
Licensed Property Manger
Charles, a long-time Echo employee, is a property manager in the multi family division, where he staffs our larger apartment buildings. Charles has been involved in some form real estate since he was 11 years old. In his free time he spends quality time with family and friends.
Lance Larkin
Director of Marketing
Lance supports the executive team in growing Echo Summit into the state’s largest property management company. Lance’s marketing and business development background includes technology, financial and health services. In his free time enjoys touring on his motorcycle and playing golf.
Adrian Kinney
Licensed Property Manager
Adrian is a manager in the single family division, where he oversees individual homes as well as condos. Adrian graduated from CSU where he earned a Bachelors of Science in Business with a concentration in Real Estate. In his free time you’ll find Adrian reading up on the latest news and politics and enjoying Colorado’s beautiful outdoors.
Barbara Hitchens
Property Manager
Barbara Hitchens is a manager in the single family home division. She brings over 20 years of real estate experience to Echo. Prior to joining she was a property manager for a multi family community. Barb spends her free time enjoying camping, hiking fishing and spending time with her family
Dave Imes
Business Development
Dave serves as a manager in the sales and marketing department, where he uses his 20 + years in real estate to consult with home owners regarding property management options. Dave’s background includes experiences as a retail business owner and private real estate investor / broker. In his free time he enjoys playing tennis, mountain biking and spending time with his children.
Justin Hess
Licensed Property Manager
Justin serves as a manager in the single family home division. Always cool, calm and collected (and well-versed in Colorado real estate law), he helps to keep client’s homes running smoothly. Previously Justin was a REALTOR® at Coldwell Banker. He uses his free time to enjoy the many outdoor activities that Colorado has to offer.
Jaclyn Marie Hay
Property Manager
Jaclyn is a key manager in Echo’s single family division. Her vast background includes property management in multi family, from Class A properties to Tax Credit/Section 8, as well as manufactured housing communities in both Texas and Colorado. She enjoys spending time with her Fiancée and son as she prepares to begin her MBA studies at Metro State.
Jaime Haas
Property Manager
Jaime is one of the newest members of our management team. She brings over 13 years of property management experience from Carmel where she acquired her CAM (Certified Apartment Manager) certification. In her free time Jaime enjoys spending time with her family and volunteering with the Special Olympics.
Marc Day
Field Services
Marc performs ongoing field maintenance work to our single and multi-family properties. He is an important link between the property managers, tenants and homeowners. If it’s broken, Marc can fix it. A native of Denver he spends his free time painting with acrylics.
Nicolette Davies
Front Office
Nicolette is one of the friendly faces that answers the phone and greets office visitors. Along with keeping the office running smoothly, and filling the candy bowl on her desk, Nicki keeps the property listings current and sets up showings. Her background includes Accounts Payable, Data Entry and Customer Service. In her free time she enjoys bowling with her family.
BRANDON CORDOVA
Field Services
Branden manages our field services operations. He brings over 12 years of management experience to Echo Summit, including multi-family property management and real estate investing. Brandon has an associate’s degree in accounting and in his free time enjoys traveling.
