Echo Summit was founded by professional real estate investors who understand how to profitably manage rental properties. We understand that there is no substitute for PRESENCE... which is why we provide an average of 16 inspections per year (12 drive-by and 4 interior inspections, including a detailed yearly systems-level inspection) .

Because of the high volume of properties a traditional property management company must manage to maintain profitability and pay staff, the properties under management suffer. They are treated like what they are…rentals. Echo Summit is different.

We learned long ago that by not inspecting rental properties frequently, by not changing furnace filters twice a year, by not cleaning gutters twice a year… that expensive deferred maintenance items can stack up and eliminate any profit an investor hoped to make on a property.

We also understand the importance of screening and selecting the right tenants, and holding tenants financially responsibly for impeccably maintaining the property. This requires ongoing communications between the property management company and the tenants throughout the year. We work closely with clients to create feasible budgets. Throughout this process, we look for ways to reduce expenditures and increase income.
